About Wipro WILP
Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is designed to help fresh graduates kickstart their IT career while also continuing their academic journey. Selected candidates will:
- Work as full-time employees at Wipro.
- Pursue an M.Tech degree (sponsored by Wipro).
- Receive a monthly stipend + joining bonus.
- Gain real-world IT experience with one of India’s top tech companies.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Year of Passing: 2024 & 2025
✅ Qualification: BCA or B.Sc. in the following streams:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Electronics
- Physics
✅ Academics:
- 10th & 12th: Pass
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA
- Core Mathematics must be studied in Graduation (Applied/Business Maths not eligible)
✅ Other Criteria:
- Max 1 backlog allowed at the time of Online Assessment
- Graduation must be completed in 3 years
- Max 3 years of gap allowed between 10th & Graduation start
- Open school/distance allowed for 10th & 12th only
- Indian Citizens, PIO/OCI holders eligible
Salary & Benefits
Wipro provides a structured stipend along with a joining bonus.
- 1st Year: ₹15,000 + 488 (ESI)
- 2nd Year: ₹17,000 + 553 (ESI)
- 3rd Year: ₹19,000 + 618 (ESI)
- 4th Year: ₹23,000
- Joining Bonus: ₹75,000
📌 Note: 5-year service agreement (joining bonus payback on pro-rata basis if you leave earlier).
Selection Process
The WILP hiring process is structured in 3 rounds:
1️⃣ Online Assessment (80 mins)
- Verbal (20 Qs, 20 mins)
- Analytical (20 Qs, 20 mins)
- Quantitative (20 Qs, 20 mins)
- Written Communication Test (20 mins)
2️⃣ Voice Assessment
3️⃣ Business Discussion
Candidates who clear all stages will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI) → pre-skilling training → Final Offer Letter.
