About the Role
As Social Media Manager, you will own Numi’s social media and influencer strategy, driving growth and engagement across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Facebook. This is a creative and high-impact role, perfect for someone passionate about tea, wellness, and digital storytelling.
You will craft trending content, build an engaged community, collaborate with influencers, and optimize performance with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
✨ Content Strategy & Creation – Build engaging, trend-driven content that showcases Numi’s teas.
✨ Community Management – Foster meaningful relationships with followers & tea enthusiasts.
✨ Influencer Partnerships – Collaborate with wellness influencers & manage ambassador programs.
✨ Analytics & Optimization – Track metrics, generate reports, and improve strategies continuously.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of social media management experience (CPG/food & beverage/wellness preferred).
- Proven success in growing communities & creating viral content.
- Hands-on with tools like Later, Canva, CapCut, Planoly, TikTok Creator Tools.
- Strong UGC filming & editing skills.
- Excellent storytelling, communication, and project management abilities.
- Passion for tea, wellness, and sustainability 🌱 (big plus!).
