Opportunity: Member Technical Staff (Production Support & Deployment)
We’re looking for an experienced IT professional to join our growing team in Bangalore. This is a mid-level role ideal for someone with 2+ years of experience in technical support, production operations, or IT deployment roles.
You’ll work closely with our Lead Analyst and cross-functional teams to manage software deployments, troubleshoot production issues, and deliver a seamless experience to internal and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing
Pre-Deployment Responsibilities:
- Analyze deployment plans and proactively identify risks
- Prepare environments and conduct system readiness tests
- Align deployment expectations across teams and stakeholders
Deployment Responsibilities:
- Monitor live deployments for seamless execution
- Troubleshoot in real-time and escalate when needed
- Log all actions for compliance and future analysis
Post-Deployment Support:
- Verify post-deployment system performance
- Train users on new workflows or system enhancements
- Document feedback and help improve future releases
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 2+ years in IT support, production operations, or deployment
- Working knowledge of PowerShell, Batch scripting, SQL, or NoSQL
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Familiarity with system/network administration is a plus
- Strong documentation and stakeholder coordination abilities
💡 Bonus: This is a non-programming role but requires technical hands-on expertise and deployment know-how.
