Role: Data Analyst
As a Data Analyst at Victrix Systems, you will play a critical role in managing, analyzing, and modeling complex business data to support decision-making.
This position requires end-to-end involvement in HCM projects, including data gathering, migration planning, dashboard creation, and change management support.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct data gathering, analysis, modeling, cleansing, and formatting.
- Perform AS-IS and TO-BE business process analysis including end-to-end data flow modeling.
- Develop and author data migration and cutover plans.
- Support change management activities and collaborate with solution development teams.
- Provide data insights to stakeholders and executives through BI dashboards.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise in HCM projects including upgrades and improvements.
- Strong knowledge of HR/People data and processes.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Ability to create and update BI dashboards.
- Demonstrated experience in data migration and cutover planning.
- Skilled in presenting complex data in executive-friendly formats.
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of R-Studio for coding and statistical analysis.
- Programming skills in SQL, Python, and R.

- Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
- A self-starter capable of independently leading data-related work.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Flexible with global project timings (US/Canada time zones).
