Responsibilities
As an Associate – L1, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by supporting IT operations:
- Timely response to tickets raised via dial home/email/chat/IMS.
- Provide solutions to service requests while maintaining quality standards.
- Act as a custodian of client infrastructure (network, servers, systems, storage, platforms).
- Conduct root cause analysis of issues and create action plans for resolution.
- Install & configure software/hardware based on requests.
- Track tickets end-to-end, ensuring 100% SLA adherence.
- Handle high-priority incidents with immediate resolution.
- Maintain data backups, logs, and resources for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with on-site teams for complex problem resolution.
- Monitor and validate issues reported by chat bots to ensure closure.
Requirements
- Mandatory Skill: General Management (Operations).
- Strong commitment to SLA timelines and zero escalations.
- Ability to work under pressure while delivering quality solutions.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
