About the Role
As an IT Support Services Analyst, you’ll be the first line of defense for Norstella’s global users. From fixing common tech issues to managing access controls and user support tickets, you’ll be solving problems, supporting teams, and gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge IT tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide voice, chat, and email-based support to internal users.

What You Need to Succeed

- 0–2 years of experience in an IT helpdesk or support environment.
- Basic understanding of Windows 10/11, AD, O365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, etc.
